Double cooker and automatic pressure

Unlike traditional pressure cookers, OCOO does not let steam escape while cooking, keeping it together with the aromas of cooking, which are concentrated inside the pot. The machine combines different culinary techniques, through a double cooking under pressure and controlled temperature. It works at low temperature with total precision, preserving the organoleptic characteristics of food.
