Shipments are sent nationally and internationally. Shipments are currently sent to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and the European Union, with some restrictions.
Shipments to mainland Spain are free of charge. A charge is applied to the rest of the possible destinations (the Balearic Islands and the European Union), depending on the destination.
In the event a product cannot be sent to a specific destination, the shopping search engine will send an automatic warning stating the purchase will not be permitted.
Shipments are managed the next working day after the purchase, from Monday to Friday, and are processed from the province of Girona. We do everything possible to ensure they are received at their destination (within mainland Spain) within 72 working hours. Upon arrival of the package, a signature is required, so someone must be available to receive it. If no one is available, the courier will return the next working day. Even though contact information is given and required in writing, there is no guarantee that the courier will call the recipient before delivery.
Immediate stock of all articles is not guaranteed. If the delivery of any of the purchased articles is delayed, we will contact you via e-mail.
The restaurants do not manage any orders or requests.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
The cost of international shipments does not include any additional tax and/or customs duties. The application, or not, of certain taxes will depend on each country of destination and must be paid by the recipient of the merchandise.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
In compliance with current legislation, if you require a refund, guarantee, or return of goods, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org providing the order number and the purchase receipt.
Under no circumstances will shipping costs be refunded.
For an exchange or reimbursement, the order must comply with the following conditions:
It must be sent to the address indicated by compartir-disfrutar store
It must be received at our offices in the same condition in which it was sent
Receipt at the offices of origin must be within 15 days of the date of receipt of the order
In the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions, compartir-disfrutar store may refuse the return or reimbursement.
